Carissa Pezewski, CMCA: Carissa is a Senior Community Association manager with MPC Property Management in Burlington, WI.  Carissa manages her own portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations and works with the transition of new accounts.  MPC Property Management manages condominium and homeowner's associations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

Frank Coleman, CMCA, RPA: Frank is VIce President of Community Advantage, a Wintrust Company and is responsible for business development and portfolio management for condominium, homeowner, town home association and commercial management clients throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Missouri.  Community Advantage is one of the Midwest's leading providers of investment services and capital improvement loans to condominium townhome and homeowner associations.

Steve Silverman, CPA: Steve is a partner with the certified public accounting firm of FSB&W.  Steve has provided accounting, tax, and consulting services to community associations since 1978 and currently provides services to over 400 associations.  Steve is an active member of CAI-Illinois and CAI-Wisconsin.  He has been a presenter for numerous CAI education programs as well as authored many articles for CAI.  Steve has been a Board member and Treasurer for CAI-Illinois and has been co-chair ofthe CAI-Illinois finance committee for the past nine years.  He was presented the 2012 Olympus Award by CAI-Illinois for the profound influence he has had on the development of the chapter.

Adam Bazelon: Adam is an attorney with the law firm of Levine & Bazelon, S.C.  He focuses his practice on community association law and related real estate litigation.
