Every year, CAI-WI offers a number of opportunities to sponsor conference and Tradeshows, events and educational programming for various segments of the community association industry and to advertise in the Community Leader magazine. These are great, cost-effective ways to reach a market that needs qualified homeowner association service providers.

Annual Sponsorship

As a Business Partner, we invite you to sign on as a CAI-WI 2010 Sponsor. Weve redesigned the sponsorship opportunities to not only make them more affordable, but to maximize your sponsorship dollars. Please review the attached flyer to see what you receive with your sponsorship. These specially priced packages offer a variety of opportunities to promote your company name and services, but dont delay. 2010 sponsorship packages will only be available through January 31, 2010.

Program and Event Sponsorship

Another great opportunity to market your business to condo and homeowner association board leaders and property managers is to become an Event Sponsor. This is a cost-effective way to reach a market that needs qualified homeowner association service providers.

In 2010, we have planned a variety of seminars, programs and events; you can select the program youd like to sponsor and decide if you want to be an exclusive sponsor or share the sponsorship.   Best yet these programs draw an audience that is hungry to learn about your products and services.

Conference and Tradeshow Exhibits

Every year, CAI-WI hosts two conference and tradeshows in Milwaukee and Madison.   We invite you to exhibit at either or both events as a cost-effective way to connect with the condo and homeowner association leaders in the state.

As an exhibitor, you also have the opportunity to be chosen to lead a roundtable discussion. Past roundtable leaders have found this experience to be incredibly beneficial as it provides you one-on-one face time with a group of interested board members and property managers. 

Advertising in Community Leader
