The CAI-WI Board of Directors has decided to cancel the Madison Area Conference and Tradeshow on October 7, 2010.
CAI-WI is dedicated and interested in building the awareness of CAI and recruiting members in the Madison area, and we will continue to offer educational opportunities for community association board leaders and property managers in the future.

Congratulations to CAI Wisconsin's
Legislative Action Committee
The Wisconsin Supreme Court reversed the trial court and the appellate court and upheld CAI Wisconsin’s position, expressed in its amicus brief, in Saddle Ridge. Additionally, besides giving credit to CAI Wisconsin for its amicus brief, the Supreme Court actually accepted our argument (liability for unbuilt units) as opposed to the Town’s argument for the same result.
This is the second amicus presented by CAI Wisconsin, and our second win!
